How can I track my order?

Cancellation & Replacement

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them online. Send a cancellation email to info@numaitrading.com with your order number.

Can I replace my order?
Replacements are accepted within 3 working days of placing your order. Call +971 50 922 7173 to initiate a replacement.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Numai offers a 3-day No Questions Asked Return Policy. You can return or replace any product within 3 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied.

What condition must items be in for a return?
All items must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The pick-up driver has the right to refuse pick-up if packaging or accessories are missing.

Are there any exceptions?
Yes. Edible products, opened products, and used products are not eligible for return.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: debit and credit cards (all major banks), Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer to our ADIB account, and credit for customers with an approved credit agreement.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Abu Dhabi orders are delivered within 24 hours. Other cities across the UAE are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Items not in our standard catalog may take up to 3 working days to dispatch.

Is delivery free?
Yes. Free delivery on all orders across the UAE — no minimum order value required.

What products do you supply?
Numai specialises in Office Supplies and Stationery, Printers, Toners and Consumables, Computers and IT Equipment, Office Furniture and Workstations, Cleaning and Janitorial Supplies, and Hospitality and Pantry Supplies.

Yes. Contact us at info@numaitrading.com with your requirements and we will source from our supplier network.
