Cancellation & Replacement

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please email us with your order number at:

Can I request a replacement?
Replacement requests are accepted within 3 working days of placing your order. Please contact our support team at +971 50 922 7173 to initiate the process.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order if they are not satisfied with the product.

What condition must items be in for a return?
All items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Returns may be refused if packaging or components are missing.

Are there any exceptions?
Yes. The following items are not eligible for return:

• Consumable or edible products

• Opened or used items

• Any product not in its original condition

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

• Debit and credit cards (all major providers)

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

How long does delivery take?

• Abu Dhabi: 1–2 working days

• Other Emirates: 2–5 working days

• Special or non-standard items: may require up to 3 additional working days for dispatch

Is delivery free?

• Free delivery for orders above AED 300 in Abu Dhabi

• Free delivery for orders above AED 500 in other Emirates

• Orders below these amounts:

  • AED 30 delivery fee in Abu Dhabi

  • AED 50 delivery fee in other Emirates
