Numai Trading gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought within 3 days of the receipt of your order.

3-Day No Questions Asked Policy

The 3-day Return Policy at Numai is a No Questions Asked Policy. You can return or replace the product if you are not satisfied - no explanation required.

Conditions for Return

All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Refund or Replacement will be initiated only if the original packaging, accessories, and tags are available. The pick-up driver has the right to refuse pick-up in the absence of the above.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placing an order online by sending an email to info@numaitrading.com. Orders can be replaced within 3 working days - call our support line at +971 50 922 7173.

Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for return: edible products, opened products, and used products.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or replacement, email us at info@numaitrading.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will coordinate pick-up and process your refund or replacement promptly.
