Delivery Times
- Abu Dhabi: Delivery within 1 to 2 days
- Other Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ): Delivery within 2 to 5 working days
- Out-of-catalog items: Dispatch within 3 working days from order confirmation

Order Processing
Orders placed Sunday to Thursday are processed on the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is accepted.

Office furniture, workstations, and large equipment deliveries are coordinated directly with our logistics team. Our team will contact you to confirm delivery scheduling for oversized orders.
