These Terms of Service govern your use of the Numai Trading website and the purchase of products from Numai General Trading L.L.C S.P.C ("Numai Trading"), a company registered in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Trade Licence: CN-6311584). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Contract

All orders placed through our website or via our sales team constitute an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where products are out of stock, pricing errors have occurred, or payment cannot be verified.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the applicable UAE rate will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will apply.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless you hold an approved trade account with agreed credit terms. We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely.

Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Title in goods passes to the buyer upon full payment and delivery.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Numai Trading's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.
