These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Numai Trading website and any purchase made from Numai General Trading L.L.C S.P.C (“Numai Trading”), a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Orders & Contract

All orders placed through our website or sales channels are considered an offer to purchase. A binding contract is created only once we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment verification issues.

Pricing

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied at the applicable UAE rate during checkout. Prices may change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of order will apply.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of order unless a trade credit agreement has been approved. We accept major debit and credit cards as well as bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.

Delivery

Delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon full payment and delivery.

Returns

All returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Numai Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
