Numai Trading sources products from reputable manufacturers and authorised distributors. Warranty coverage varies by product category and brand.

Manufacturer Warranty

Most hardware products including printers, IT equipment, and office equipment carry a manufacturer warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. Furniture products typically carry a 12 to 24 month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms for specific products are indicated on the product page or available on request.

Consumables

Toner cartridges, ink cartridges, and other consumables are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of delivery. If a consumable item is found to be defective upon first use, please contact us within 48 hours of opening for a replacement.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact our team at info@numaitrading.com with the following information: your order number, the product name and model, a description of the defect or fault, and photographs or video evidence where possible. We will assess your claim and liaise with the manufacturer or supplier on your behalf to arrange repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, failure to follow product instructions, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims submitted outside the applicable warranty period will not be accepted.
